Bring the
balance home.

Agree the net BNB balance with your group, fund the difference and settle together.

Start with what
everyone owes.

Owe turns a group of BNB obligations into one agreed set of net balances. Creditors receive their net amount. Debtors fund only the difference.

Alex owes Sam0.03 BNB
Sam owes Jo0.02 BNB
Jo owes Alex0.01 BNB

The balance that matters

Alex funds0.02 BNB
Sam receives0.01 BNB
Jo receives0.01 BNB

The settlement fee is added to each debtor's net amount. Gas is separate.

One plan.
Every wallet agrees.

Make the plan

Enter the original obligations. Check each net amount and choose a funding deadline before you create the plan.

Agree and fund

Every participant acknowledges. Debtors deposit their exact net amount plus the reserved settlement fee.

Settle and withdraw

When all wallets agree and funding is complete, settle before the deadline. Creditors withdraw their own BNB.

Plans change.
Your funding has a way back.

A participant can reject an unsettled plan. After its funding deadline anyone can cancel it. Funded debtors can then claim and withdraw their principal and reserved fee.

Read the recovery rules

If a plan is cancelled

Net debtor principalReturned
Reserved feeReturned

Claim the credit, then withdraw to the receiving wallet you choose.

A few things
worth knowing.

Does Owe check that a debt is real?

The group is responsible for agreeing the obligations. Owe records and checks the net amounts, acknowledgement and funding conditions.

When is the settlement fee earned?

The fixed 0.25% fee is earned only when the plan settles. It is added to each debtor’s net amount and reserved with the deposit.

What if someone does not agree or fund?

The plan cannot settle. A participant can cancel it before settlement, or anyone can cancel after the deadline. Funded debtors recover their complete deposit.

Settle the difference.
Keep the agreement clear.
